  • USA Orders: Most orders within the United States will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • International Orders: International shipping times vary by country. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date when you checkout.

6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. If your return meets our conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes! NewCloths offers digital gift cards, which can be purchased on our website. These gift cards are redeemable for any item in our store and make a perfect gift for anyone who loves fashion.
